About Mike,
Born and raised in Millbury, MA, Mike is a proud husband of Ellen and a proud father of Stephanie, Luke, and Lindsey. Over the decades of practicing law, Mike developed extensive knowledge in real estate conveyancing, civil litigation, will and trusts, probate, and domestic relations, with a civil litigation concentration in employment law for representing employees. He has represented countless clients dealing with residential real estate transactions, domestic relations matters, estate planning and probate of estate matters, and civil litigations before the courts in Massachusetts. Mike retired from McArdle Law in 2022.

About Luke,
Born in Boston, MA, and grew up on the North Shore, Lucas was a multi-sport athlete. He played basketball, football, baseball, and track – but chose to concentrate on football. Lucas successfully played the sport professionally for 8 years, for the teams in Chicago, Alabama, St. Louis, Dallas, and Omaha. He has gathered valuable working knowledge in the fields of sports marketing, personal training, and juvenile detention mentorship. Luke has sworn in to practice law in 2015, and has been working diligently in the fields foreclosure defense and civil litigation ever since. Luke argued before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court in 2020 on a matter of great importance to foreclosure defense.

About Jason,
Attorney McGuire served seven years in the United States Army attaining the rank of Sergeant. As an Intelligence Analyst, Jason served in Germany, Hungary, and Italy in support of peacekeeping operations in the Balkans, and later supported the war on terror while stationed in Florida. After leaving the Army, Jason lived in Alabama before ultimately settling in New Hampshire. He joined McArdle Law & Associates, PLLC in February 2018 and handles the firm’s real estate closings and is an integral part of McArdle Law’s civil litigation team.
